We work with independently practising, suitably qualified specialists from a range of medical disciplines.
Our specialist doctors are selected on the basis of their professional qualifications and the requirements for high-quality medical care.
Our premium partners generally carry out their surgical procedures under their own professional and medical responsibility.
This includes, in particular, the medical assessment of indications, individual treatment planning, the performance of the surgery, as well as providing medical information and follow-up care within their respective areas of responsibility.
Even with careful medical treatment, complications may arise or treatment outcomes may differ from personal expectations. A complication or an unsatisfactory outcome does not automatically mean that medical negligence has occurred.
The responsibility for medical services provided independently must be distinguished from the responsibility of the hannoverklinik for its own contractual, organisational, technical and nursing services. Statutory responsibilities and liability provisions remain unaffected by this.
